The class timetable that updates itself
Printed timetables are correct on Monday and wrong by Wednesday. A screen at the entrance shows what is actually on today.
The problem with printed notices
A trainer is off sick, a class is moved, a studio is booked. None of that is on the paper. The result is members standing outside an empty studio and questions at the desk.
What the screen shows
- Today’s classes with time, studio and trainer
- Cancellations and cover, clearly marked
- The next class about to start
- Promotions, new classes and holiday opening hours
At the entrance an overview of the day matters. In the studio, the next class in large type is enough. Two templates cover both.
Enter once, visible everywhere
In lumafy you enter the timetable once. Every screen in the gym assigned to that template shows the same data. Change a class and all screens usually pick up the change within half a minute.
Use scheduling
Morning classes and a coffee offer in the morning, evening classes and a sauna reminder at night, the family programme at weekends. With schedules this runs without anyone having to remember. Outside opening hours, quiet hours switch the content off.
Several gyms
If you run several locations, maintain promotions centrally and the timetable per gym. With Pro, each location gets its own logins and roles.
