Screens in the hotel lobby: welcome, meetings, breakfast
Reception answers the same questions every day: when is breakfast, where is the meeting room? A well-kept screen in the lobby takes over part of that.
Welcome by name
A conference group, a wedding party, a corporate client: a “Welcome” with their logo or name in the lobby makes an immediate impression. With a time window the slide appears on arrival and disappears on departure.
Signposting meetings
Outside each meeting room a screen shows which event is currently on. In the lobby an overview shows all of the day’s events with room and time. If a room changes at short notice, you update it in one place.
