Offers with time windows: on Monday at 8, off Saturday at 6
The best offer is useless if the screen is still showing last weekend’s promotion on Monday. With time windows the screen runs to plan.
Why timing matters in store
Different people shop in the morning than in the evening, and on weekdays than on Saturdays. A screen that always shows the same thing wastes these differences. A scheduled screen shows the right offer at the right time.
Three levels of scheduling
- Validity: A slide has a start and an end date. The promotion starts on Monday at 8 am and ends on Saturday at 6 pm.
- Time of day: Breakfast offer until 11 am, then lunch, and an after-work promotion from 4 pm.
- Opening hours: Outside opening hours the screen switches to quiet mode. On public holidays too.
Plan a week ahead
Set aside ten minutes once a week. Create next week’s offers as slides, give each its time window and add them to the playlist. From then on you do not have to think about it.
Shop window and sales floor
In the window, one message that can be taken in at a glance counts: product, price, period. In store there can be more information, such as origin, preparation or care instructions. For the window, a bright display that holds its own against daylight is worth it.
Several branches
Maintain central promotions once and play them out in every branch. Each branch adds its own local offers. With several locations, Pro with roles and individual logins pays off. With more than ten screens we will make you an offer.
