3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit it, All-Inkl automatically stores technical data sent by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request and IP address. We do not combine this data with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. 4. Fonts

We load our typeface via Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 4260 Bled, Slovenia). Your browser connects to servers in the EU. According to Bunny, no personal data is stored for advertising or tracking purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is consistent presentation. 5. Enquiry form, phone and email

When you use the enquiry form, call or write to us, we process your details (for example name, company, contact details and request) to respond. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a contract or quote is concerned, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. To protect the form against spam we use ALTCHA, an open-source solution running on our own server. Your browser solves a small computational puzzle. No cookies are set and no data is passed to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protection against automated submissions.

6. Shop, trial and application

The shop at shop.lumafy.de runs on Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Dublin, Ireland). The free trial (start.lumafy.de) and the lumafy application (app.lumafy.de) run on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in data centres in Germany. Separate privacy notices apply to these services and are available there.

7. Booking appointments with Calendly

For demo appointments we link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA). Calendly is not embedded in this website; data is only transferred when you click “Book a call”. There you enter your name, email and preferred time, which we use to hold the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses; a data processing agreement is in place with Calendly. More at calendly.com/pages/privacy.

Links to other websites, such as Amazon Signage, open services of other providers. Data is only transferred to them when you click.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA) in Ansbach. For any request, an email to sales@lumafy.de is sufficient.

10. Encryption

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS).
